Dumpster Rental Questions
If your question isn't answered here, call or text us — we'd rather talk it through than have you guess.
Pricing & fees
What does a 20 yard dumpster cost?
Base pricing for the 20 yard is $435 for 1–3 days and $475 for 4–7 days, with 2 tons of weight included. A fuel/delivery fee based on your delivery address is added to the base rate.
Why isn't the delivery fee included in the listed price?
Base rental pricing is shown above. A fuel/delivery fee is calculated based on the delivery location. Request your delivered price before booking.
How much weight is included, and what happens if I go over?
The 15 yard includes 1 ton, the 20 yard includes 2 tons and the 30 yard includes 3 tons. Additional weight is $90 per additional ton.
Sizes & dimensions
What dumpster sizes does Roll Off Operations rent?
We rent three roll-off sizes: a 15 yard (approximately 14' long × 8' wide × 4' high), a 20 yard (approximately 14–16' long × 8' wide × 6' high) and a 30 yard (approximately 22' long × 8' wide × 6' high). Exact dimensions may vary by available container. The 20 yard is our most frequently rented container.
Delivery & pickup
How long can I keep the dumpster?
The 15-, 20- and 30-yard rental periods are 1–3 days or 4–7 days. Additional days are $20 per day.
Can I call or text?
Both. 901-504-5333 takes calls and texts, and a lot of our customers prefer to handle the whole rental by text.
What hours are you open?
Monday through Saturday, 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM. We're closed Sunday.
Is same-day delivery available?
Same-day or scheduled delivery may be available depending on location and scheduling. Call or text 901-504-5333 to check availability for your address and dates.
How does the rental process work?
Request a size or describe the project, we send your delivered price, you confirm the rental and complete the payment steps, and communication may include an ETA, delivery photo, rental reminders and pickup coordination.
Will the dumpster damage my driveway?
We take driveway placement seriously and use wood blocking beneath the front rails when appropriate to reduce direct contact with the driveway. We'll also walk the placement spot with you before setting the container.
What you can throw away
Do you take concrete, dirt, rock or shingles?
Heavy materials - roofing shingles, concrete, drywall/sheetrock, tile, rock, soil and dirt - require prior approval. Contact us before loading so we can confirm the appropriate container and weight requirements.
What can I put in the dumpster?
Household trash and general garbage, house cleanout debris, furniture and household items where permitted, business trash, renovation debris, yard debris, wood, general debris and construction/C&D debris.
Service areas
Do you serve Arlington and Oakland?
Yes. Arlington, Oakland, Millington, Munford and Brighton are our primary service areas, and we also serve Covington, Atoka, Lakeland, Mason, Drummonds, Eads, Bartlett, Fisherville, Somerville and surrounding communities.
Do you have a yard or office I can visit?
No. Roll Off Operations is a locally owned, family owned service-area business — we deliver to your address rather than operating a public location.
Still deciding?
Send us the address and the project and we'll recommend a size with a delivered price.
